Please note: our services are intended for rehabilitation and pain management. We do not provide emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, you should contact a hospital or emergency services immediately.

2. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.
  • You are required to provide accurate details including your full name, location, contact number, and treatment requirements.
  • A confirmed booking means that our physiotherapist will visit your provided address at the agreed time.
  • We may contact you before your session to confirm details.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform us at least 6 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
  • In rare cases, if a physiotherapist is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and reschedule at your convenience.

4. Patient Responsibilities

For effective treatment, patients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate medical history and current health condition.
  • Follow the advice and exercises recommended by the physiotherapist.
  • Inform the therapist of any discomfort, pain, or unusual symptoms during sessions.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment at home for physiotherapy sessions.

6. Payments & Fees

  • All charges for home physiotherapy services will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Payment must be made through cash, bank transfer, or any approved method.
  • Invoices/receipts will be provided upon request.
  • Any additional charges for extended sessions or specialized treatments will be discussed in advance.
